Refund & Exchange Policy

At HRTBRK, we strive to ensure every piece you purchase meets the highest standards of quality and style. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, our exchange and refund policy is as follows:

Order modification

Size or Color Changes:

If you need to modify the size or color of your item, email us at info@hrtbrk.ca before your order has been fulfilled. Once your order is fulfilled, no changes can be made.

Refunds

  • Refunds are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds on items that are damaged, worn, or show signs of use.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Return Shipping

  • All return shipping costs and labels are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Any item that is returned with visible signs of wear, damage, stains, or odors will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

  • If your item arrives defective or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@hrtbrk.ca with photos of the defects and your order number. We will review the case and offer a resolution accordingly.
